David Ford has been Deputy Director-General, Department of Justice and Attorney-General since 2011, Commissioner for Fair Trading since 2009 and Commissioner for Liquor and Gaming since 2013. He has held a number of senior Queensland Government positions in a 38 year career including Deputy Director-General in Treasury and other regulatory departments since 2005 and has been involved in the regulation of gaming since 1993.
David is a graduate of the University of Queensland, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member (and former chair) of the International Association of Gaming Regulators.
